D.D.S.

Dr. Stephen Deal is an Arkansas native and was raised in Grant County. Stephen did his undergraduate studies in Fayetteville at the University of Arkansas. Stephen then attended University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, TN. Upon graduation, he moved to Little Rock and went to work for a pediatric dental clinic where he gained hands-on experience treating children under the tutelage of a renowned pedodontist. In 2004, Dr. Stephen opened his first practice in Greenbrier, Arkansas.

LARHONDA APATA

D.D.S.

Dr. LaRhonda Apata, a native Arkansan, was raised in Baxter County Arkansas. LaRhonda moved to Conway, AR to join the surgical team at Conway Regional Health System. This is where her passion for surgery began. She then attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. LaRhonda attended the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

Plan Provisions:

  • Services and fees are guaranteed for one year.
  • Annual fee is non-refundable
  • Our plan is for you and is not assignable to another person.
  • There is a one-year limit for completion of all services in the plan.
  • Work started before the end of the plan year will be completed if the work can be finished within one month after the expiration of the plan year. (at Deal Family Dental's discretion).
  • Emergency treatment is NOT included.

  • It is the responsibility of the patient to make sure he'/she received and shows up for his/her cleaning & x-ray appointment(s).
  • There is a fee of $25 per hour for broken appointments without at least 48 hours notice.
  • The renewal fee after 1st year is $59 for adults and $35 for children aged 14 and under.
  • Example: Adult cleaning appointment $114 per patient plus $59 enrollment fee, allowing for continued participation in the plan.
